Ordering

To make life easier for you we have designed this website to allow you to order your battery, silver oxide, lithium, and household batteries, from the comfort of your home (UK only, excluding Channel Islands) and, using our FREE 1st class delivery service, have them delivered directly to your door . We believe in choice, so we have given you various ways in which you can place your order:

ONLINE ORDERING(Shopping Cart)

Use the catalogue to browse through our range of batteries and choose the quantities you require. Continue onto the checkout where you are transferred to a Secure Server to enter you contact and card details. You will then be contacted by email to confirm your order, which will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Using our shopping cart you are not restricted to making a minimum purchase. When ordering over ten batteries of one type, our shopping cart will automatically calculate you price as the discounted price.

MAIL / CHEQUES

If you would prefer to send a cheque with your order there will be a £0.50 surcharge to your total to cover the bank administration costs. Cheques are made out to Battery House and send it to

Please remember to write your cheque card number and your name and address on the back of the cheque. When we have received and cleared your cheque you order will be dispatched. If you use this method of payment you must add £0.50 to the total cost of your order to cover bank administration charges.

FAX

You have the choice of sending a faxed order with your details and order. If you wish you can include your credit card details or if you prefer we can contact you for your card details. Your order will be processed once payment method has been processed.

If you prefer the human touch you can always call us on 01333 310625 and place your order. You can use Credit card or debit card (debit card subject to a 50p administration charge on the total bill) payment, or send us a cheque for the total amount (additional £0.50 bank administration charge).

PAYMENT

We accept credit cards - Access and Mastercard and debit cards - Switch, Solo Delta. Debit cards are subject to a 50p administration charge on the total bill. All cheques sent are to made payable to Battery House in pounds Sterling. All prices quoted include VAT. Cheques are subject to a £0.50 administration charge.

DELIVERIES

As we generally have all batteries listed in stock, delivery is normally within 2-3 working days of receipt of order. As we only deliver within the UK (excluding Channel Islands), all battery deliveries are by first class free post. If you require bulk orders, please contact us for discounted prices.

If any of your order is not is stock we will contact you as soon as possible notifying you of this delay.
